Our cuisine is seasonal and homemade. Everything is freshly prepared. The ingredients are sourced – wherever possible – from the region around Lake Lucerne. We make no exception when it comes to meat: it comes exclusively from Switzerland. For example, the lamb comes from the Göscheneralp (UR), where we have our own flock of lambs, and the turkey comes from the Muheim family farm in Greppen (LU).
