Our cuisine is seasonal and homemade. Everything is freshly prepared. The ingredients are sourced as far as possible from the region around Lake Lucerne. We make no exception when it comes to meat: it comes exclusively from Switzerland. For example, the lamb comes from the Göscheneralp (UR), where we have our own herd of lamb, and the turkey comes from the Muheim family farm in Greppen (LU).
