Get a taste of gastronomy at the CHÄRNSMATT.

Kitchen Ninjas is a two-day course for young people between the ages of 9 and 14.
During the course, they learn about working in a restaurant and expand their knowledge of cooking, nutrition and health.

Workshop 1: Wednesday, September 10, 2025, 3:00 - 5:00 p.m.

Workshop 2: Wednesday, September 17, 2025, 3:00 - 5:00 p.m., followed by a closing evening with parents

On Thursday, November 13, 2025, Tavolago AG is opening its doors and offering exciting workshops for children at CHÄRNSMATT and the Werft Luzern.
They will gain insight into the fascinating world of gastronomy and hospitality.

The program:

09:00 – Arrival & welcome at CHÄRNSMATT

10:00 – Taster session in housekeeping and service

11:50 – Shared lunch

13:00 – Transfer to the Werft Luzern

13:45 – Arrival & guided tour of the Werft

14:00 – Taster session in the kitchen / preparing the aperitif

15:50 – Q&A session on the ship

16:00 – Aperitif with parents on board

16:30 – Closing and end of the event
